As part of the Wonder Women Tech's 2020 Virtual Summit, we are organizing a 2-day, online hackathon from Sept 14th to Sept 15th. We're inviting everyone to create aspiring projects for humanity! This hack is open to everyone that is passionate about building for good. 

Imagine – two days of programmers, developers, humanists, artists, students, professors, and creative visionaries gathered in one place to hack for Social Good and build technology solutions to address pressing issues facing humanity.

The Hacks for Humanity Hackathon is a hackathon event where all are invited to collaborate and create mobile apps for the Social Good.

Eligibility

Anyone passionate about buildilng apps / webapps for good can participate!

Requirements

  • Projects should be submitted using Devpost
  • Please also submit a video component for your hack as all judging will be OFFLINE, there will be no pitch day
    • The video can be as simple as a recorded screen video where you walk us through the app or a video of you pitching the app to us for 1.5 minute.
  • 6 Prizes, as selected by our judges:
    • 1st prize $700
    • 2nd prize $300
    • 3rd prize $200
    • 3 x $100 honorable mentions
